Service Description
Contact Dr. Hampers to arrange to have the VO2theMaxx mobile lab at any event you choose. The half and full day rates allow you to have many individuals tested for a fixed, flat rate. Depending on your needs, clients can be scheduled or served on first come, first served basis. We are flexible and will work with you to make your event a success.
Policies
SCHEDULING Appointments are confirmed only after online booking, completion of the health questionnaire and waiver, and payment (or a credit card on file). Clients receive confirmation immediately and reminder emails/texts 72 hours and 24 hours before the appointment. RESCHEDULING More than 48 hours before the appointment: Free. 24-48 hours before: One complimentary reschedule if requested online or by phone. Less than 24 hours before: considered a late cancellation. CANCELLATION More than 48 hours before: Full refund or credit toward a future appointment. 24-48 hours before: No cancellation fee, but refunds are issued as account credit rather than back to the original payment method. Less than 24 hours before: 50% of the appointment fee is charged. No-show: 100% of the appointment fee is charged.
